Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Last Updated: September 15, 2026

Welcome to the website of Blue Line Health & Wellness Group (“Blue Line,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blue Line Health & Wellness Group website, including information, resources, forms, appointment links, and other online features made available through this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

These website Terms do not replace any informed-consent documents, clinical agreements, service-specific policies, professional requirements, booking terms, cancellation policies, or other agreements that may apply when you receive services from Blue Line or from an individual health care professional practising through Blue Line.

  • veteran assessment and treatment services;
  • salt room therapy;
  • red light therapy;
  • PEMF therapy;
  • other wellness services; and
  • related professional and supportive services.

The availability, suitability, scope, and delivery of services may change from time to time.

2. Website Information Is for General Information Only

The information presented on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Website content is not intended to replace an assessment, recommendation, diagnosis, treatment plan, or advice provided by a qualified health care professional who is familiar with your individual circumstances.

Although Blue Line makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, health and wellness information is inherently general when presented online. What may be appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another.

You should not make significant health care decisions, discontinue prescribed treatment, change medications, or delay seeking professional care solely because of information found on this website.

3. No Professional Relationship Is Created by Website Use

Visiting this website, reading its content, submitting a general contact form, sending an email, or following Blue Line on social media does not by itself create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, physician-patient, health professional-client, or other professional health care relationship.

A professional relationship is established only when appropriate arrangements have been made with an authorized professional and any required consent, intake, assessment, or service process has been completed.

The specific terms of a clinical relationship may vary depending on the professional involved and the service being provided.

4. Clinical and Professional Services

Services provided by regulated health professionals are subject to the professional standards, ethical obligations, legislation, regulatory requirements, scope-of-practice rules, and record-keeping requirements that apply to those professionals.

Individual clinicians may also maintain additional policies regarding:

  • informed consent;
  • confidentiality;
  • virtual care;
  • communication between appointments;
  • documentation and clinical records;
  • fees and payment;
  • late arrivals;
  • appointment changes or cancellations;
  • insurance documentation;
  • emergencies and crisis situations; and
  • ending or transferring care.

Where a service-specific or clinician-specific agreement conflicts with these general website Terms in relation to clinical services, the service-specific agreement and applicable professional requirements will govern that clinical relationship.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Blue Line does not guarantee any particular clinical, psychological, physical, emotional, functional, wellness, employment, insurance, benefit, return-to-work, or other outcome.

Health and wellness services affect individuals differently. Outcomes may depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, health history, participation, frequency of care, external conditions, and the nature of the concern being addressed.

References on this website to possible benefits of therapy, wellness services, or other approaches should not be interpreted as guarantees that a particular person will experience those results.

6. Wellness Services and Complementary Approaches

Blue Line offers wellness-focused services that may include salt room therapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, and other complementary wellness experiences.

Information about these services is provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat a particular medical or mental health condition unless such a claim is specifically supported and made within the lawful scope of an appropriately qualified professional.

Complementary wellness services are not necessarily substitutes for medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, medication, or other services recommended by a qualified health professional.

Individuals should disclose relevant health concerns, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, implanted devices, or other factors that may affect the suitability of a wellness service before participating.

7. Emergency and Crisis Situations

The Blue Line website, general contact forms, email accounts, online booking tools, and social media channels are not emergency-response or crisis-response services.

Do not use the website or a general contact form if you require immediate emergency assistance.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are thinking about suicide or are concerned that someone else may be suicidal, call or text 9-8-8 for Canada’s Suicide Crisis Helpline.

Electronic enquiries may not be reviewed immediately and should not be relied upon for urgent assistance.

8. Appointments and Online Booking

Blue Line currently offers appointment booking through a secure third-party booking and practice-management platform, including Jane App.

Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily guarantee that an appointment, clinician, service, date, or time is available until the booking has been properly confirmed.

Certain appointments may require intake information, consent forms, eligibility information, payment arrangements, or other documentation before services can proceed.

Blue Line reserves the right to decline, modify, reschedule, or refer an appointment when appropriate, including where:

  • a requested service is not clinically appropriate;
  • the requested professional is unavailable;
  • the service is outside the professional’s scope of practice;
  • another provider or level of care may be more appropriate;
  • required consent or information has not been provided;
  • there is a conflict of interest;
  • safety concerns exist; or
  • applicable professional obligations require another course of action.

9. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Appointments may be subject to cancellation, rescheduling, missed appointment, or late-arrival policies communicated through the booking platform, clinician, intake documents, appointment confirmation, or other service-specific communication.

You are responsible for reviewing any applicable appointment policy before confirming a booking.

Where an appointment-specific policy has been provided to you, that policy will apply to the applicable appointment.

10. Fees, Payments and Insurance

Fees may vary depending on the service, professional, appointment type, duration, assessment requirements, and other factors.

Clients are responsible for confirming applicable fees before receiving services.

Many therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefit plans, but coverage varies significantly between insurance providers and individual plans.

Blue Line does not guarantee that an insurer, benefits provider, Veterans Affairs Canada, employer, or other third party will reimburse or pay for a particular service.

You are responsible for confirming your own coverage, eligibility, referral requirements, limits, deductibles, or reimbursement conditions with the applicable provider.

Where Blue Line assists with receipts or supporting documentation, such assistance does not guarantee reimbursement.

11. Veterans Affairs and Third-Party Programs

Blue Line may provide services related to Veterans Affairs Canada or other third-party organizations where applicable.

Eligibility, authorization, funding, approval, reimbursement, assessment requirements, and treatment coverage under third-party programs are determined by the applicable organization and are not controlled solely by Blue Line.

Blue Line does not guarantee that any claim, assessment, treatment plan, benefit, or funding request will be approved by a third party.

12. Referrals

A referral may not be required to directly access certain Blue Line services. However, an insurance company, benefit provider, program, regulated professional, or third-party payer may impose its own referral requirements.

Clients are responsible for confirming whether a referral is required for reimbursement or eligibility under their particular plan or program.

13. Virtual Services

Blue Line may offer virtual therapy or other remote services where appropriate.

Virtual services are subject to:

  • professional and regulatory requirements;
  • the clinician’s ability to legally provide services in the jurisdiction where the client is located;
  • clinical suitability;
  • technology requirements;
  • privacy and security considerations; and
  • service-specific consent procedures.

Clients participating in virtual care may be asked to confirm their physical location at the time of an appointment and provide appropriate emergency contact information.

Blue Line cannot guarantee uninterrupted virtual service where internet, device, software, electrical, or third-party platform issues occur.

14. Website Contact Forms

Blue Line provides website forms that allow visitors to submit general questions and enquiries.

Please do not include unnecessary clinical details, detailed health records, highly sensitive personal health information, or emergency information in a general website form.

Submitting a contact form does not guarantee an immediate response, appointment, assessment, or acceptance as a client.

Information submitted through website forms is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Accuracy of Information You Provide

When you provide information to Blue Line through the website, appointment system, forms, or other electronic services, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for updating information where necessary, particularly contact information or information that may materially affect the safe or appropriate delivery of a service.

You must not knowingly provide false information, impersonate another person, or submit information without proper authority.

16. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • use the website in violation of any applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems or accounts;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract information without authorization;
  • use automated systems to overload or disrupt the website;
  • attempt to bypass security controls;
  • impersonate Blue Line, a clinician, staff member, client, or another individual;
  • submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful material;
  • misuse contact forms or appointment tools;
  • use website content in a misleading manner; or
  • use the website for any purpose that could harm Blue Line, its clients, clinicians, employees, service providers, or other users.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content made available by Blue Line, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, page layouts, photographs, educational materials, branding, icons, videos, and other content, is owned by Blue Line or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for your own personal, non-commercial informational use.

You may not, without appropriate written permission:

  • reproduce substantial website content;
  • republish website materials;
  • sell or commercially exploit website content;
  • modify Blue Line branding or materials;
  • present Blue Line content as your own;
  • remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
  • use Blue Line trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized relationship, endorsement, or affiliation.

18. Educational Materials

Blog posts, articles, FAQs, social media posts, downloadable materials, and other educational content provided by Blue Line are intended to increase general awareness and understanding.

They are not individualized clinical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an appropriate professional assessment.

Blue Line may update, revise, or remove educational materials at any time.

19. Website Accuracy

Blue Line makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that every page will always be complete, current, free from error, or immediately updated following a change in services, clinicians, availability, fees, insurance arrangements, technology, legislation, or other circumstances.

If website information differs from information provided directly by Blue Line regarding a current appointment, clinician, fee, or service, please contact Blue Line for clarification.

20. Availability of the Website

We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

The website may become unavailable due to:

  • maintenance;
  • software updates;
  • server issues;
  • internet outages;
  • cybersecurity events;
  • third-party service interruptions; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Blue Line may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the website at any time.

21. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Blue Line website may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including:

  • online appointment platforms;
  • Jane App;
  • mapping services;
  • social media platforms;
  • payment services;
  • benefit or insurance resources;
  • government resources;
  • crisis-support resources; and
  • other external websites or platforms.

Third-party services are operated independently from Blue Line and may be subject to their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, security practices, and availability.

A link from Blue Line to another website does not necessarily mean that Blue Line endorses all information, products, services, claims, or content appearing on that website.

Blue Line is not responsible for the operation, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.

22. Privacy

Your privacy is important to Blue Line.

Personal information and personal health information collected through the website or in connection with services are handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and our privacy practices.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how information may be collected, used, disclosed, protected, retained, and accessed.

23. Electronic Communications

By contacting Blue Line electronically, you acknowledge that ordinary email, text messaging, internet-based forms, and other electronic communications can involve privacy and security risks.

You should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email, social media, or general website forms unless specifically directed to do so through an appropriate process.

Electronic communications may also experience delay, transmission failure, interception, or delivery errors.

24. Social Media

Blue Line may maintain social media accounts for educational, informational, and community engagement purposes.

Following, commenting on, messaging, or otherwise interacting with a Blue Line social media account does not create a clinical or professional relationship.

Social media should not be used for:

  • emergency communication;
  • urgent clinical concerns;
  • detailed health information;
  • appointment cancellations requiring timely action;
  • confidential clinical communication; or
  • requests requiring access to a health record.

Information posted publicly on social media may be visible to others and should not be considered confidential.

25. Testimonials, Reviews and Personal Experiences

If testimonials, reviews, personal stories, or experiences are displayed on the website or other Blue Line channels, they reflect the experience of the individual involved and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

Health and wellness outcomes vary between individuals.

26. Professional Profiles and Credentials

Blue Line may publish biographies, professional credentials, service areas, and other information about clinicians and team members.

Professional availability, credentials, registration status, areas of practice, and scope of service may change over time.

Users who require confirmation of a regulated professional’s current registration may also consult the applicable professional regulatory college.

27. Minors and Substitute Decision-Makers

Certain services may involve minors or individuals whose consent must be provided or supported by a parent, guardian, or legally authorized substitute decision-maker.

Consent and decision-making requirements will be determined in accordance with applicable Ontario law and the professional obligations of the clinician involved.

The ability of a parent, guardian, or substitute decision-maker to access information may also be governed by applicable privacy and health information law.

28. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection, health care, privacy, professional, or other law where those rights cannot legally be waived.

30. Indemnification for Misuse of the Website

31. Changes to Services

Blue Line may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a service, program, website feature, clinician listing, wellness offering, resource, or other aspect of its operations without necessarily updating every website reference immediately.

Where you have an existing clinical relationship, material changes affecting your care will be addressed in accordance with applicable professional obligations.

  • protect Blue Line, its clients, team members, clinicians, or service providers.

34. Governing Law

These website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating solely to use of this website will, subject to applicable law, be addressed within the Province of Ontario.

Clinical services may also be governed by professional standards, health legislation, privacy legislation, regulatory-college requirements, and other legal obligations that apply independently of these website Terms.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

36. No Waiver

If Blue Line does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Blue Line has permanently waived the right to enforce that provision in the future.

37. Entire Website Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other website notices expressly incorporated by reference, represent the general terms governing use of the Blue Line website.

They do not replace separate agreements, consent forms, intake documents, clinician policies, or professional obligations governing the provision of clinical or wellness services.
